After reviewing the available information, confirm that you wish to proceed. The CarPool Korea team will explain the next applicable order and payment requirements.
A vehicle should not be treated as fully confirmed until the applicable order and payment requirements have been completed.
Review the Invoice and Use Verified Payment Details
Before transferring funds, review the invoice carefully and make sure the payment instructions match the information provided through official CarPool Korea channels.

Transfer Payment Using Verified Instructions
Use only the payment details supplied through official CarPool Korea communication. Contact the team before transferring funds if any bank or invoice information appears different from what was previously provided.
Provide Payment Proof and Await Confirmation
Provide the transfer receipt when requested. The order moves to the next stage after the payment has been received and verified.
Verify Before You Transfer
Do not send money using payment details received from an unverified source. Confirm unexpected changes to invoice or bank information directly with the CarPool Korea team before making payment.
Prepare the Vehicle for Shipment
After payment confirmation, the vehicle can move through the applicable condition-review, booking, loading, shipping-document, and export stages.

Shipping Plan and Booking
The available shipping method, route, and schedule depend on the vehicle, destination, vessel availability, port operations, and selected service. Applicable booking information will be shared when available.
Pre-Shipment Vehicle Review
Review the available condition information before shipment. Depending on the selected service, this may include vehicle details, inspection results, updated photographs, or video where available.
Loading and Departure Preparation
The vehicle may be prepared for Ro-Ro or container shipment depending on the vehicle, destination, route, and booking arrangement. Loading and export requirements vary according to the selected shipping method.
Review and Confirm Shipping Details
Where a Draft Bill of Lading or similar shipping document is provided, review the vehicle identifiers, buyer or consignee information, destination, and other listed details. Report incorrect information before document finalization.
Document Release and Delivery Information

Bill of Lading
A shipping document containing important vehicle, consignee, route, and carrier information. Buyers should review the supplied details carefully before final confirmation.
Receive the Documents and Prepare for Collection
When shipment documentation becomes available, review the documents and prepare for customs, taxes, clearance, registration, and collection at the destination.
