What Buyers Should Understand Before Purchase
Used Vehicles Are Not in Perfect Condition
Used vehicles can have cosmetic, mechanical and interior wear ranging from minor to major. The vehicle's actual condition may differ from what appears in the supplied photographs or videos, and repair, maintenance or fine-tuning may be required after arrival.
All Vehicles Are Sold “AS-IS”
Vehicles are sold in their existing condition without repair or a general quality warranty. Buyers must carefully review all available photographs, videos, specifications, condition information and inspection material before purchasing.
No Claims for Vehicles Marked “TAXI”
A “TAXI” label means the vehicle was formerly used as a taxi. Such vehicles may have heavier wear and higher mileage than normal private-use vehicles. Claims are not available for vehicles identified as TAXI.

Run & Drive Status
“Run & Drive” describes the engine's operating condition when the vehicle was listed or checked at the seller's yard. Condition can change afterward while the vehicle is stored, handled or transported.
Consumable and Maintenance Parts
Consumable and maintenance-part condition is not guaranteed, including parts such as Battery, Injector, Turbocharger, Radiator, A/C compressor, Clutch, Brake discs, Gaskets, Cylinder-head components, Water pump, Valves, Sensors, Motors, Brake parts, Fuel-system parts.
Vehicle Condition Can Change After Listing
The seller-stated operating status describes the vehicle at a particular point in time. Review the most recent available information, and understand that additional inspection or verification may be requested where available.
Do Not Disassemble or Repair the Vehicle Before Filing a Claim
When a major engine, transmission or vehicle-condition problem is found after arrival, follow these steps before taking any further action:
Take clear photographs and video of the issue.
Contact CarPool Korea and begin the claim process immediately.
Wait for claim instructions before disassembly or repair.
CarPool Korea will not participate in claims involving a vehicle that was completely or partially disassembled or repaired before the required documentation and claim process.

CarPool Korea operates as a wholesale marketplace for professional dealers. Commercial, high-volume and personal buyers must understand that used vehicle transactions follow a wholesale marketplace model and involve the normal risks of international used-vehicle importation.
Customs Clearance and Registration Are the Buyer's Responsibility
Customs clearance, import duties, taxes, registration and destination compliance are the buyer's responsibility. Quoted vehicle and shipping prices do not include destination taxes or import duties unless those charges are expressly included in the confirmed order.
